Leadership Development Resource Center (LDRC) for youth

The Leadership Development Resource Centres (LDRCs) is a vibrant space created by MJAS to empower women and youth by enhancing their leadership skills and fostering community engagement. While supporting the existing flagship programs of MJAS, these centers equipped with modern technology (one each on a cluster of ten villages) focus on providing training, resources, Linkages with opportunities for youth through fellowship initiatives. It will equip the rural youth with the necessary tools to become effective leaders for adolescents and youth in their communities. The expected impact of the LDRCs includes increased mobility, increased participation of women and youth in decision-making processes, improved self-confidence to choose their career pathways, and the ability to advocate for their rights and needs. By nurturing leadership qualities, these centres aim to create a ripple effect that promotes social change and gender equality across the region.
